HOME OWNERSHIP OPTIONS

The development will incorporate a mix of homes and sizes, from apartments in the converted former school building, to new apartments, smaller terraced and semi-detached properties, to larger terraced, semi-detached and detached properties. The main focus will be properties providing 1 – 4 bedrooms and the majority of the houses will be 2 or 2.5 storey.

 

The development will offer a broad mix of ownership and rental options, with a view to providing opportunities for every budget. This will include properties to rent (including social and affordable rent), shared ownership and a mix of properties to purchase aimed at first time buyers through to larger families.
